My dinner – sauerkraut, schnitzel and red cabbage salad
This seems like it was mostly a festival for Western Ukrainians. We, the Easterners, wouldn't recognize a single one of the desserts in one of the pictures, or the meal you have on your last photo. We also don't use the word "pierogies" to refer to the dish on the pictures. We call them varenyky. "Pierogies" are pies for us.
This just goes to show what a big country with a lot of internal differences we are.
